Versatile Land Representative with extensive experience across Contracts, Base-Subsurface, Surface, and Asset Development (AD) functions. Currently responsible for land-related AD functions preceding the drilling of new horizontal wells. Denver AD land and title process team leader. Part of a team that developed best practices (post PDC merger) for ordering AD title and reorganizing subsurface land procedures for all AD Land Representatives in the Rockies Business Unit (RBU). Expert in Colorado regulatory and permitting processes. Commands expert-level skills in leasehold and mineral problem-solving. Directly responsible for the AD land teams\' success in 2024 by helping to mentor and train the new to Chevron team members. Proven ability to organize and lead large-scale projects, including contract land and legal teams, from inception to final approval. Led AD land and permitting efforts for the approval of development plans for the RBU in 2024, including:East Pony Oil & Gas Development Plan (OGDP),Greeley Crescent OGDPs,Colt OGDPs, andthe West Pony Comprehensive Area Plan.Numerous successes delivering results by unlocking significant value to the RBU. Recent notable contributions include ensuring ownership thresholds were met for approval of the West Pony State Unit, a 17,500-acre state unit in the RBU. Negotiated with landowners for the removal of three critical petitions of approval for the West Pony State Unit. Currently working towards a successful outcome after two petitions were filed on the statutory pooling application for DP318, the first of its kind. Through expertise and diligence, a 2% Net Revenue Interest (NRI) in DP221 was identified to be assigned incorrectly. With analysis and curative, the NRI was reapplied to Chevron, an approximate $2MM value to Chevron\'s bottom line over the life of the wells.
