Delivered a six-step improvement in the Order Routing System that delivers another $22MM in savings and consists optimizing creation of packages based on orders, in-place splitting, removal of parallel optimization, relaxed allocation, optimized routes and uniform batch sizes. My new position allows me to exclusively focus on a design and implementation of the new ORS 3.0 with a goal of continuous improvements delivering annualized savings in tens of millions.
