Sales is more than just a job—it’s a mindset and a way of life.One of my earliest lessons in sales came from a professor who pointed out that we are always selling in everything we do. That insight changed my perspective, making me realize the incredible opportunities that lie within this profession.Over the past seven years, I have built a successful career in sales, primarily within the biotechnology industry. What I enjoy most about sales is the personal connections I get to make every day. Early in my career, I considered myself shy, hesitant to put myself out there. But I soon embraced a mindset of “What do we have to lose?”—a philosophy that has fueled my passion for meeting new people, understanding their needs, and representing solutions that make a difference.Beyond my sales experience, I have found great fulfillment in mentoring colleagues and individuals aspiring to break into the industry. This has helped me uncover a deeper passion for leadership. While I thrive in customer interactions, my long-term aspiration is to lead and develop a team, helping others reach their full potential. To prepare for this next step, I am currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA), expanding my knowledge across various business functions to become the most effective leader I can be.I am always open to connecting, sharing insights, learning from others and hearing about exciting opportunities.
