I lead the Supplier Excellence team which monitors performance, risk, quality, and responsible business across a number of our Technology partners. We use different categories of insight to provide the right information, at the right time, to our stakeholders. Our practice is focused on enabling people to make objective business decisions while advising on resolution tactics, compliance, and minimizing disruption. I believe that the diversity of people, diversity of thought, and harnessing the different energies of different cultures and backgrounds drives innovation.Before joining Accenture, I led indirect procurement operations for over 20 years for a number of Fortune 500 companies. This included developing and leading large scale supplier performance management and contract management for IT outsourcing, contingent workforce, professional services, and product management. The industries I have worked in include biotechnology, retail, technology, and healthcare.
