I remove barriers for my team, because as a leader, my job is helping my team perform to their maximum potential, most often that is best done by removing their obstacles. I love when people on my team grown and are promoted. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my people improve themselves to be prepared to take on new responsibilities. Challenges drive me! I love solving problems that require diligent focused analysis and strategic thinking. I love leading diverse multicultural teams.
