Specialize across product lines such as:• PWR / BWR Refuel • Pumps & Motor Services• Steam Generator Services• Component Repair & Replacement• Dry Cask Storage• HSM ConstructionOn call 24/7 to assist clients with outage related issues and emergent staffing needs.Mediate and resolve any employee or contractor personnel related issues.Develop and conduct on-site Leadership Behavioral Training. Responsible for yearly financial budgeting and monthly projections.Manage staff and ensure quality execution of operational functions. Review and approve all purchase ordersPeer and quality check payroll/invoicing.Negotiate and maintain current contracts.Develop and maintain load boards and weekly reports to track and improve quality issues regarding resource initiatives.
