In my current role supporting Chick-fil-A’s reputation communications, I help shape strategy and deliver performance insights across platforms including Chick-fil-A in the Community (FB/IG/YT), Chick-fil-A Restaurants LinkedIn, Andrew Cathy’s and Susannah Frost’s LinkedIn profiles, and Chick-fil-A News on X. I launched and continue to lead the Chick-fil-A in the Community presence, growing the audience and managing the paid media budget to expand reach and spotlight brand storytelling in key markets. This work has earned five Telly Awards, including a Gold Telly, in recognition of excellence in social impact content. I also support storytelling for restaurant openings, food distributions, and community activations across the U.S, Canada, and Puerto Rico. My work involves close partnership with internal teams to align messaging across platforms and highlight initiatives like Shared Table, community giving, and scholarships. I also oversee agency teams managing community engagement to ensure a cohesive brand voice and timely responses across high-impact campaigns and events.
