We spent years working as W-2 employees paying into employer-sponsored healthcare plans and assumed that we would be protected if we ever experienced a medical emergency. Then life happened and we quickly learned how the deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out of network fees can add up to tens of thousands of dollars in medical debt. This created a new financial burden on top of our everyday bills. Not to mention we lost part of our income from being unable to work during recovery. We knew there had to be a better way to have healthcare that works for you and not against you. We founded Nunes Partners because we believe you should have options.
