My focus is on building strong systems, empowering staff, and creating a consistent, high-quality member experience rooted in The Little Gym’s 3-Dimensional Learning philosophy — Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Rebuilt the gym’s operational structure through clear policies, procedures, and accountability systems.Designed and implemented a staff training & mentorship program for instructors and assistants, integrating TLG’s 3 Axioms — Teach the Best Classes, Tell Everyone About Them, Build Relationships.Directed and optimized core programs (Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School) and supplemental programs (Birthday Parties, Camps, PSN, and Skill Thrills).Established daily cleaning, scheduling, and task systems to ensure safety, professionalism, and consistency.Led culture transformation from fractured operations to a unified, high-performing team culture centered on communication, professionalism, and fun.Set and tracked enrollment and growth goals (target: 750+ active enrollments) while improving community relationships and social media presence.Partnered with ownership to align gym operations with brand standards and long-term sustainability.Through this role, I’ve focused on strengthening the team from the inside out — creating smart systems, developing leaders, and helping The Little Gym of Ardmore become a model for excellence and community connection across the TLG network.
