Formerly served as Assistant to the Director of Nursing, demonstrating extensive experience in hospital and healthcare operations. Proficient in various facets of healthcare services, including Customer Service, Strategic Planning, New Hire Orientations, Temporary Placement, and Recruitment and Retention. As a Policy and Procedure Committee Leader and Onboarding Specialist, I have successfully implemented strategies to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. Notably, I spearheaded the implementation and training of the GE Healthcare API system across two facilities, optimizing healthcare staffing administration.
