I am a healthcare and public policy leader dedicated to transforming access to care through advocacy, coalition building, and regulatory innovation. As Executive Director of the Alaska Pharmacy Association and Clinical Assistant Professor with the UAA–Idaho State University Doctor of Pharmacy Program, I bridge government, academia, and industry to advance patient-centered health policy and improve population health outcomes.Over the past several years, I’ve led statewide legislative and regulatory initiatives expanding pharmacists’ roles, securing provider status, reforming PBM practices, and modernizing Alaska’s healthcare delivery framework. My approach blends strategic vision with practical execution—aligning policymakers, healthcare leaders, and community partners around shared goals that strengthen care access and system sustainability.I’m passionate about building policies and partnerships that empower healthcare professionals, reduce barriers to treatment, and advance addiction and behavioral health care.
