Assists the Associate Media Director in setting overall strategic direction for digital and traditional media campaigns and determining which performance metrics will be used to track campaign success and leads a digital planning/buying team to support campaign development and execution. Helps to integrate digital and traditional media campaign recommendations in a seamless way that marries the various disciplines into one cohesive strategy that meets client goals, and coordinate with members of the Integrated Search and Integrated Social teams and include their tactics in the overall media mix, as needed. Builds and updates media flowcharts and manage buy authorizations, oversees the implementation and activation of client-approved media campaigns, and works hand-in-hand with our Analytics team to ensure proper tracking of campaigns. Responsible for pre and post launch quality assurance and campaign optimization and delivers reporting that uncovers actionable insights into campaign performance. Provides thought leadership by staying abreast of media research and industry trends while remain dedicated to the personal growth and training/mentoring of my team and myself. Leans in on new business pitches, assisting the Media Director and Associate Director in the strategy and media planning process.
