About Brandy Jenkins
With over seven years of experience in the construction industry, I am a strategic HR partner and a people connector who drives employee engagement, performance, and culture at Suffolk Construction. I have earned the SHRM-CP™ certification and the Bold Award for empowering employees to speak up and practice vulnerability and connection. As the Director, People and Culture, I serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the senior leadership and field operations teams, and lead key HR initiatives such as annual performance management, employee relations, and manager orientation. I also introduce innovative tools and programs, such as Pulse Surveys and Brandy Breaks, to reinforce a culture of inclusion, active caring, world class listening, innovation, and collaboration. My mission is to hear, feel, and see people exactly where they are and partner on a path towards greatness.
