Unique position that working directly with the Customer Experience organization and engineering teams to identify, triage and recommend solutions to customer facing issues in an agile environment. In this role, I support 25-30 engineers globally to prioritize work to be completed. I am tasked with identifying issues and engaging the appropriate teams to resolve in a timely manner. This includes providing updates and estimates to the CX organization. Also responsible for Data Integration when on-boarding new customers and/or services. These duties include- Single Sign-on integrations and troubleshooting - Groupware integration (i.e. email and calendar)- SFTP account creation and management (internally and externally)- Configuring ongoing feeds (HR data, credit card data, expense data, etc) Additional duties- Improving internal and external training documentation - Creating / Updating customer facing documents - Serves as an escalation point for key customers - Serving on multiple Tiger Teams for process and quality improvements Learning Experiences Completed- Project Management Fundamentals - The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course - Splunk for Beginners - Accelerated JavaScript Training - Culture Amp: Strategic Thinking - Culture Amp: Productivity - Culture Amp: Coaching
