I am a learning strategy and training leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling enterprise learning approaches across highly regulated, risk-driven environments, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and government.My work focuses on translating business strategy into learning roadmaps, performance expectations, and measurable capability outcomes.
