Building scalable ‘Launch’ programs that provide customers with all onboarding assets e.g. introduction emails, project management templates, executive reporting templates- Using in-depth knowledge of the Go1 Platform to assist customers with their technical set up- Development of customized dashboards (portal homepages)- Set-up of data integrations, such as partner LMS/LXP systems- Set-up of Single Sign-On integrations- Assistance with content selection and curation to meet customer’s learning program needs- Delivering in-person and online administrator end-user training sessions- Managing and reporting on progress for a portfolio of implementation projects- Mentoring, coaching and supporting other co-workers in pursuit of overall success- Updating Technical Documentation as new Partners come onboard
