   o Returned to permanent role as Flying Engineer after supporting the Customer Service (CS) team in Royal Oak.o Led installation of the Jacksonville P1 site and transitioned systems to CS upon completion. o Travel to support Japan CS sites (Sapporo and Toyohashi) to train local Service Engineers on proton therapy equipment and maintenance protocols.o Expanded technical expertise to include the C230 cyclotron, gaining advanced maintenance and training proficiency on this larger system to support global operations.o Led installation activities in Kansas City, Kansas and Little Rock, Arkansas while assisting team worldwide.o Worked toward a new skillset for maintenance activities with other international travel to Orsay, France, Uppsala, Sweden, Hampton, Virginia and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to replace aging RF cavitieso In 2022 began working in another business unit as time allowed to learn a new machine - IBA’s C70 cyclotron – which is used in the production of radioisotopes.
