ABOUT BRANDON WHEATLEY

I’m an in-house employment attorney and HR leader who provides legal guidance and practical solutions to companies while helping them navigate through their daily employment-related issues. Prior to representing management, I worked as a plaintiff’s attorney who represented employees against companies. As someone who understands both perspectives, I know that everyone ultimately wants the same thing in a workplace: a positive and harassment-free work environment. To that end, I take a proactive approach in working with and training management to properly address and report issues at the very early stages. I also believe that being kind to others is a simple, yet highly effective way to promote a safe work environment and avoid unnecessary legal issues. This is why I lead with kindness, empathy, and positive energy at work. My varied experience and thoughtful approach allow me to successfully mitigate legal risk while partnering closely with HR, management, and C-suite members to engage and develop extraordinary employees who succeed.
