As a Technical Analyst, I am part of the Information Services team which is responsible for working across multiple departments at the company. I work with multiple teams to develop efficient processes and functionality throughout the business. I work with the Accounting and Finance team to refine their current programs and develop ways to streamline their business. I work with the Sales and Marketing team to build integrations and automations creating organized and structured procedures- Workfront administration (Online Work and Project Management)- Create reporting and dashboards for data analysis with Microsoft PowerBI - Self manage projects to ensure they are completed to schedule and within budget - Manage and administrate software and integration tools SMWE\'s department and teams - Create executive reporting to clearly define company-wide applications and financial usage - Oversee documentation freshness as products update and change overtime - Develop a TBM structure within Azure and PowerBI to visualize company cost allocation and spend - Partner with teams throughout the company to communicate business needs and requirements for successful process and application adoption - Launch and manage Transform AP within JDE E1 to streamline finance and account invoice management, saving the business >10 hours a week with coding, reviewing, and approving invoices- Create Data Automation using Salsify, JDE Orchestrator, and Workfront Fusion to link multiple platforms and streamline request processes between multiple departments.
