As a Sales Engineer, I support our channel partners in delivering high-performing building automation systems across complex commercial construction projects. I work closely with controls contractors, and consulting engineers to provide technical guidance from early design and bidding through installation and commissioning.My focus is on enabling our partners to succeed — not just by supporting their projects, but by helping them build long-term expertise. I lead our training program and oversee technical education efforts, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and best practices needed to apply our solutions effectively in the field.This includes product training, application support, integration strategies, and ongoing enablement that strengthens our partner network and drives consistent project outcomes. I’m passionate about making technology approachable and helping others grow their confidence and capabilities with it.
