Operations Support Specialist - Eastern Canada @Honeywell Technologies

Provide critical maintenance support across eastern Canada, consisting of 18 government building sites in Quebec and Ontario. Assess urgent client service requests, dispatching appropriate contractors and manage to ensure scope of work is respected and completion is achieved following health and safety guidelines. Plan monthly, semi annual and annual preventative maintenance with clients and contractors. Provide continuous support to the Facilities team, manager and staff. Ensure KPIs are met - and perform quality control on internal CMMS system. Continuously evaluate vendor performances, provide feedback and suggestions to FM team. Uphold company standards and best practices from start to finish on all vendor activity. On-site and remotely. Review daily event reports and strategize alongside FM team and managers. Extract various key components of information from CMMS / GMAO system and build monthly report to be sent to clients. Ensure vendor invoicing is submitted in a timely manner and review upon reception before being processed.
