Financial Modeling and Valuation * Manager responsible for in-house financial modeling; primarily involving merger and acquisition (M&A) evaluation and integration-related activities.* Design, build, and maintain models for Capex projects ranging from $10M to $100M.* Design, build, and maintain DCF operating models for a pipeline of privately held bolt-on acquisition candidates, with a focus on acquisitions reasonably expected to be accretive within the first year.* Assist company investment banking partners with modeling and data support. Aided with the completion of the company’s recent $1.3B acquisition of Precoat Metals.* Implement private equity IRR modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis techniques that drive C-level strategy sessions and the company’s data-led approach to decision making.* Provide support in the creation of executive-level presentations and other investment-related materials.* Perform Ad-hoc modeling across a variety of disciplines, as required. FP & A -(Internal and External Reporting)* Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards utilizing management-derived KPIs to help management measure financial and operational performance in ways not captured on basic financial statements.* Assist with month-end financial reporting (using Oracle Hyperion), forecasting, budgeting, and the preparation of quarterly support schedules and presentations for the Board of Directors and several committees.* Write quarterly earnings releases and assist with quarterly earnings presentations.* Prepare required supporting schedules for external reporting, including quarterly 10-Q, annual 10-K, 8-K, and other reports.
