As Director of Corporate Development, I’m responsible for national advisor recruitment across Canada. My focus is on connecting with accomplished Financial Advisors — typically managing a minimum of $50 million in assets (with select exceptions) — who are looking for a partnership that aligns with their vision for growth, independence, and client-first service.I collaborate with senior leadership and members of my team to identify and engage high-calibre professionals who fit our culture of excellence. From the first conversation through to onboarding, I help advisors transition into our platform — ensuring they have access to the resources, infrastructure, and flexibility needed to elevate their practice and client experience.A key part of my work involves hosting firm presentations and one-on-one discussions that showcase the value of joining our organization.
