In my role at Miracle-Ear, I perform daily hearing consultations to new and existing patients to identify solutions to their communication troubles. I act with care and compassion to an individual and their family members to influence them to get the help they need under medical guidelines. In this one-call close environment, I know if they do not get the help they need from me they may suffer from further health conditions as a result of the indecision. I have helped run up to three local Miracle-Ear offices maintaining and exceeding budget guidelines. I work to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism while maintaining a positive brand image in the marketplace. I work with office staff members to maximize efficiency and delegate when necessary to be available for the scheduled and walk-in patients of the day. Working with marketing, reaching out to no shows and old leads, and asking for referrals has maintained a consistent form of business at each clinic.
