ABOUT BRANDON SANDRIDGE

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Bergaila Companies, I leverage my expertise in HR and recruiting to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various positions in the oil and gas industry. I use various HRIS and ATS systems to manage the applicant tracking and candidate systems, and coordinate with the recruiting teams and HR to accomplish the hiring objectives. I also work full-cycle recruiting for over 150 vacancies each quarter, and establish special recruiting events to attract local talent. In addition to my recruiting role, I am also a Co Executive Director at Sandridge & Company, where I have developed targeted strategies to locate and onboard specific candidate types, meeting short- and long-term business objectives. I have a diverse background in customer service, retail management, radio broadcasting, health care, risk management, oil and gas refinery, restaurant and food service, renewable energy, and oilfield and mechanical. I have also gained skills in business operations, administration, finance, marketing, social media, SEO, P&L analysis, and problem-solving.
