I have significant experience handling first party coverage matters and I am frequently instructed by carriers on their most pressing property coverage issues. I provide practical advice and represent clients in claim-related litigation and arbitration across a broad spectrum, including major catastrophe claims, wildfire and mudslide claims, civil unrest claims, builders risk and energy claims, ocean and inland marine matters, and complex business interruption and time element claims. I also have niche expertise in coverage issues involving fine art, valuable articles and collections, livestock mortality, entertainment property, and fraud investigations. In addition to my first party practice, I also regularly represent insurers in complex casualty, environmental, and construction defect cases where multiple parties and insurers are involved, in workers\' compensation and employers liability coverage matters, and in financial lines and cyber cases.
