Manages the EHR Modernization program while directing numerous strategic projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Responsible for all aspects throughout the project lifecycle from request, assessment, planning, execution, monitoring and optimization. This role also serves as a resource to coach and mentor others within the organization on project management methodologies. Extensive and targeted communication on project status and goals with the ability to effectively present that to all levels of the organization.
