ABOUT BRANDON MAVERICK RUBSAMEN

As a photographer, I tend to see the world through a detailed set of lenses. I\'ve found that even on the gloomiest of days or the most trying of circumstances, with the right viewpoint, one can still find the silver lining – beauty – even in the dirt. This ability to find beauty in the most unexpected places has fueled my deep appreciation for humanity and the world that envelops it, drawing me to the fields of dispute resolution and international justice. I believe in the transformative power of dialogue and understanding to bridge divides and foster peace. This belief has been the driving force behind my academic journey through undergrad and law school and has motivated me to delve into the complexities of conflict resolution and international law. Professionally, I have sought to embody this philosophy by engaging in meaningful legal work that aims to make a difference. From working on public interest cases to conducting legal research focused on human rights and peace-building, my goal has always been to contribute to a more just world. Beyond the classroom and courtroom, my unending curiosity propels me toward continuous learning and growth as I strive to see the world from new perspectives and angles. Whether I’m capturing the beauty of this world and its humanity through my camera lens, embarking on new adventures, or engaging in a spirited game of pickleball, I approach every aspect of life with the same curiosity and dedication.
