As a member of the founding team, I\'m proud to have helped us grow from an early prototype into an innovative and profitable organization and to continually shape a roadmap toward future business model growth.I collaborate with Glitter\'s Founder to execute our strategic growth plan, including subscriber retention and growth, product improvement, and services expansion. I manage all aspects of our operations including weekly delivery of our field operations while fostering a culture of exceptional performance and customer recognition. I oversee the continual enhancement of our customer experience, including sign-up, communications, e-commerce, and customer support. And I identify and execute partnerships with commercial, non-profit, and municipal entities.
