ABOUT BRANDON RILEY

I regularly represent securities, corporate, nonprofit, municipal, and financial services industry clients in federal and state courts, as well as private domestic, FINRA, and international arbitration. While I have experience representing clients across a variety of business sectors, I focus my practice on securities litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters, First Amendment religion clause issues, commercial litigation, and resolving sophisticated business disputes. I am also an accomplished appellate advocate with significant experience at each level of the appellate process in Pennsylvania and in the federal courts. I also regularly sit as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program, adjudicating dozens of cases.
