   Integrity and stewardship are of the utmost professional importance to me.As a one-person operations team, I took on the complex underpinnings of running a business and allowed our talented employees to focus on product, growth, and our customers; I enabled our teams to be more successful and scale in organizationally- and margin-efficient ways; and I managed the strategic process by which we set and achieved our goals.I implemented the core practices of EOS to provide organizational direction, accountability, and communication and ran weekly leadership team meetings to evaluate quarterly objective progress and blockers.I owned all things operations, finance, accounting, business intelligence, HR, and legal.I thrived as our CEO’s right hand and as a utility player. He and I worked tightly together and complemented each other\'s strengths and weaknesses to make the organization stronger.I built integrations and automated workflows between mission critical systems, and I owned all software tools across the organization: CRM, customer support, team communications, work collaboration, accounting, etc.Our company was known in the industry as having the best, most robust, most responsive customer support. Document management is a strength, and it worked tremendously in favor of the business.
