ABOUT BRANDON LEIVA

After five years, I have graduated from Drexel University with a BSBA in Business Law. I am extremely grateful for the experiences and opportunities Drexel has given me, and I am optimistic about what life after Drexel looks like. My previous position of Recruiting Coordinator @ Marks O\'Neill is my first experience in Human Resources. I\'ve learned more about the intricacies of the hiring pipeline, the importance of procedures and training, and how a strong workplace culture impacts the lives/morale of employees.One of the most significant aspects of my education over the past five years has been teamwork. My time as a Head Resident Assistant and Conference Lead Staff allowed me to collaborate with a diverse team fostering accountability and excellence. Even in my Business Law classes, my classmates and I would collaborate on studying and note-taking to maximize our studies.Finding ways to elevate my team members has been the primary goal in all my experiences. Whether through finding positions that capitalize on their strength(s), or by identifying and sharpening their weakness(es). I want those around me to become better people and professionals after our time together.
