   While working at Turn5, an e-commerce leader in after-market vehicle parts. I led efforts to redesign the end-to-end transactional flow for checkout across our three domains concurrently. Facilitating discovery, concepts, and concept validation to reenvision the cart, sign-in, checkout, and payment experience, driving an increase in conversion on both our desktop and mobile platforms. As well as implementing and optimizing third-party payment and pay over time flows. Responsible for driving significant optimizations to the overall fitment experience, which is a key engagement point for customers to ensure a product fits their vehicle and, in doing so, help to mitigate costly returns. Responsible for planning and coordinating the development of the organizational design system in collaboration with our front-end development team utilizing Figma and Storybook to deploy via react. Led the UX team\'s day-to-day operations in delivering short and long-term concepts supporting business goals. Working closely with the product organization to maintain alignment, planning, and coordinating efforts in an agile work environment. Utilized industry best practices and customer outreach to solution against business and customer pain points while validating ideas via usability and a/b testing to refine and prove out concepts before development handoff.
