Oversee contingent labor program spend across the US, Canada, India & Puerto Rico under payrolling, staffing, compliance, and direct sourcing.• Ensures adherence and compliance to all KPI’s/SLA’s as outlined in client MSA.• Coordinates organization-wide program management by providing strategic guidance in support of business unit goals.• Work collaboratively with internal Finance, IT, and Operations team for new client implementations ensuring all processes align with customer requirements.• Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating resources and cross-functional teams through progress measurement activities.• Conduct Quarterly & Annual business reviews for client executive sponsors, MSP, and Internal Executive Leadership team.• Streamlined operations by establishing procurement processes.• Identify cost savings for programs to track/report successes and risks to C-level leaders.• Provides work direction, training, and development of multiple Program Managers, Program Associates, and Offshore teams.• Develop a strategy for growing accounts organically cross-selling additional services and the introduction of Direct Sourcing.• Lead a team of Sr. Program Manager\'s, Program Manager\'s, Program Associate\'s, and support staff managing the day-to-day operation on each unique program. DIRECT SOURCING SOLUTION• Lead the development and implementation of the first Direct Sourcing solution service offering within the organization.• Manage and oversee all Direct Sourcing program solutions, working closely with Recruiters/Account Managers, and external talent pool software organizations.• Provides direction to Direct Sourcing program teams to ensure best practices are implemented to maximize program success and client cost savings.
