About Brandon Johnson

I’ve worked in retail sales for over ten years, selling different technologies. During that time I spent 7 years with Best Buy as a Computer and Tablet sales specialist. I was responsible for keeping up my knowledge of the latest computers, tablets and their peripherals. So that way I could ask the right questions and set my customers up with exactly what they needed. I’ve spent the last 3 years at T Mobile selling the latest phones and tablets. Selling to everyone from regular everyday users to business owners who need phones for their company. I truly have a passion for technology and I’ve realized I find more satisfaction in learning about new technology and helping people fix and understand their technology. I have a lot of empathy for people and good communication skills built up over the years working with the public. That brings me to where I’m at now. In February 2023 I finished a full time End User Desktop support class with Per Scholas that got me my A+ certification with compTIA. I\'ve recently taken those new skills and brought them into the IT industry, where I hope to continue to grow and move forward in my IT career.
