I have had to develop a high level of understanding for operations throughout Penske\'s database to have success in this role. I am the first point of contact for Penske rental customers and must effectively aid them in the process of truck rentals while displaying high levels of communication skills. I showcase my ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to provide the highest quality of work possible for each customer who comes through our door.
