Leading a team of Facilitators and Learning Design & Development Architects who design and deliver consumer-centric training programs for dealership associates across Sales, Service, F&I, and Management/Leadership. I partner closely with dealership owners, partners, and executive leaders to drive performance and profitability through practical, customizable learning solutions that align with the evolving needs of today’s automotive consumer.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Teams who design and deliver training solutions tailored to dealership goals.• Analyze dealership performance across Sales, Service, F&I, and Leadership to inform curriculum strategy and ensure measurable business impact.• Conduct Individual Development Plan (IDP) conversations focused on skill development, performance improvement, and leadership readiness.• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance facilitation excellence and instructional design quality.• Assess team capabilities and readiness for expanded responsibilities, supporting scalability and succession within the training organization.• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and execution of learning initiatives.• Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealership owners, partners, and executive decision-makers to align training solutions with strategic priorities and dealership health.• Leverage automotive industry expertise to guide training strategy and ensure programs are practical, relevant, and impactful.Skills and Qualifications:• Deep expertise in retail automotive operations, dealership performance, and JM & A training solutions.• Proven ability to drive growth through strategic learning initiatives, strong dealer partnerships, and relationship development.• Confident, resilient leader with advanced consulting, influence, and executive-level communication skills.
