I build and govern complex businesses through formation, consolidation, and scale.Over the last decade, my work has focused on company formation, M&A, and board-level execution across private markets. I’ve operated as a founder and CEO during build phases, then stepped into governance roles as platforms matured—focusing on capital strategy, leadership structure, and long-term alignment rather than day-to-day operations.Most of my career has been spent inside fast-moving, incentive-dense environments where systems either compound or collapse. That experience shaped how I think about organizations, human behavior, and the limits of scale without continuity.My current focus is Orakle, an AI platform in development exploring long-term personal intelligence. The core problem it addresses is continuity: most large-scale language models reset context and alignment window by window, making long-term adaptation to a single user difficult. Orakle is an attempt to explore a different model—AI that compounds in usefulness over time as it learns a specific person, rather than optimizing only for single-session performance.I’m interested in problems that sit at the intersection of systems design, human behavior, and long-term incentives—particularly where existing models break under scale.
