About Brandon Haberly
My mission is to help others. My goal is to optimize people, processes, and technology. I do this with a diverse background, while specializing in Continuous Improvement.I started as a Process Engineer directly responsible for multiple production lines in a Manufacturing / Quality Engineering function, with indirect responsibility to all Operational processes in a Value Stream Manager function. Worked in tandem with the Operational Excellence team to facilitate cross-functional Kaizen Events and develop Tableau dashboards. Transitioned into Consulting, where my clients included Starbucks, Microsoft, and Delta Dental. Projects I supported spanned Marketing Ops, HR, Facilities, Shared Services, IT, and Cyber Risk. All projects had components that required a combination of Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, and Change Management skillsets. I also internally lead a team of 25+ Consultants focused on expanding our Process Improvement capabilities. Most recently working as a Program Manager to stand up and mature a Continuous Improvement Program within an Accounting and Finance organization. This has involved conducting training on Lean Six Sigma, building a CI intake and backlog, facilitating strategic planning, coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, establishing dashboards for project and program reporting, and researching modern technology solutions for RPA and ETL. Capable of applying, and coaching others, on the concepts and tools of Lean:8 WastesKaizen - Continuous ImprovementKaizen EventsValue Stream MappingProcess MappingJust-In-Time / Pull SystemContinuous FlowKanbanBottleneck AnalysisCycle Time / Takt TimeStandard WorkSIPOC5SVisual ManagementGemba Root Cause AnalysisPoka-Yoke5 WhysIshikawa Fishbone DiagramControl ChartsJidokaAndonKPIsSingle-Minute Exchange of Dies HeijunkaLayout DesignOperator BalancingTotal Productive MaintenanceSix Big LossesOverall Equipment EffectivenessHoshin Kanri Policy DeploymentPDCA / Kata / A3DMAICStakeholder AnalysisKano ModelChange Management
