ABOUT BRANDON GISH
I am an interventional pain physician specializing in spine care, neuromodulation, and restorative therapies, with a clinical focus on translating evidence-based interventions into real-world practice. My work includes multiple peer-reviewed publications in the spine and pain space, with a particular interest in patient selection, functional outcomes, and why certain technologies succeed—or fail—outside of clinical trials. In parallel with clinical practice, I advise select medical device, digital health, and performance-oriented companies on clinical strategy, trial design, and adoption within modern spine and pain practices. I am especially interested in solutions that move beyond pain scores toward function, durability, and return to activity.I am currently developing evidence-based frameworks for managing low back pain in active populations, including golfers, where pain relief and performance must coexist.Open to advisory and consulting discussions with companies building thoughtful, clinically grounded solutions in spine health, neuromodulation, and performance medicine.
