About Brandon Davis
More than 20 years ago, when I took on my first supervisor role at a movie theater (as a teenager), I had a general manager tell me that \"this place is nothing without the employees\", and that has always stuck with me and really made me look at leadership in a different way. Although I had aspirations of simply managing a business, I came to understand that the people are just as, if not more important than, the bottom line. I truly believe that people and culture are the true heart of an organization, and having a subpar employee experience can severely impact organizational effectiveness. So, I decided to transition my career plans from operations management to HR. I have spent the last 15+ years developing my expertise as a Talent and HR professional, applying my business operations knowledge to become a trusted strategic business partner and leader. Although there is always more to learn in the rapidly changing world of HR and business, I believe that my passion will continue to keep me challenged, learning, and striving to do what I love, helping organizations and their people reach their full potential.When not immersed in the world of HR, I can be found playing sports, attending concerts and sporting events, exploring new restaurants, and/or simply enjoying time with my family.
