About Brandon Ewing

Brandon brings with him lifelong experience in the real estate business, and in hard work starting with a family business in Wyoming. His family owned and maintained over fifty rental units, a wireline service business, and cattle ranch putting him right in the middle of daily operations and hands on experiences at a very young age. Like many ranch families in Wyoming, work was never an option for Brandon\'s family, it was a requirement. Brandon earned his real estate license in 2006 and quickly became an expert real estate salesman while getting his first taste in real estate development as a new home representative. All the while Brandon continued to work in the family business as he was needed, bringing more expertise in his chosen field of real estate. In 2009 Brandon joined a property management company which managed and maintained two of the largest LIHTC properties in Casper. As a top leasing agent Brandon quickly reduced vacant times and increased cashflow. This position gave him insightful experience with low income housing and Section 8 programs. In 2011 Brandon helped establish a new PM company which quickly became a top firm. Brandon has invested in multiple \"fix and flip\" projects, and rental properties that have given him hard earned expertise in project management, design, construction management, and investment analysis. With the hopes for even greater achievement, Brandon moved to Las Vegas in 2014 to join Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas and KW Commercial. Brandon focuses on mixed use real estate development. He analyzes property for acquisition and development, services investors, directs and assists contractors/architects from design to delivery. Recently, Brandon joined the Association of Blue Moon Advisors as a founding Board Member. Here he provides advise to the board and assists businesses who are seeking capital. As a Certified Blue Moon Advisor, Brandon can provide businesses seeking funds through capital raise by providing a Capital Readiness Report (c) or even create a Certified Business Plan for the business.
