I’m a passionate problem-solver and strategic operator who has spent the last decade growing within the PEO industry, leading pricing and underwriting across four companies: ProService Hawaii, ObsidianHR, AdvanStaff HR, and ProCare HR and most recently I have moved on to an exciting new journey with Rippling. My role spans everything from healthcare underwriting and admin fee pricing to deal approvals and profitability strategy with a core focus on client retention and market competitiveness. Whether it\'s refining pricing models, optimizing underwriting turnaround times, or developing playbooks that support national expansion, I bring a deep understanding of how every piece of the PEO puzzle fits together.
