I’m a Subject Matter Expert at Revolut UK, driven by a passion for pushing financial innovation and helping Revolut set the pace in digital banking. In this role I support our Executives in responding to customer escalations to ensure we get the best outcome for them and identify where we can improve our products and processes. Before joining Revolut, I spent over nine years at Westpac, one of Australia’s Big 4 banks where I led impactful change initiatives, rolled out critical business controls, improved organisational effectiveness and supported Executives, as well as led programs supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. I also championed inclusion programs aimed at empowering young people within Westpac amongst other rewarding pieces of work. For me, it’s all about driving positive change and creating workplaces and products that truly serve people.
