As Executive Vice President of Operations, I work help support our construction teams to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences for our clients with quality, collaboration and integrity.With over 15 years of diverse industry experience, including the subcontractor market, architectural design, and various roles within commercial general construction, I have an appreciation for the contributions made at every level of the project team and a strong understanding of the importance of building effective partnerships.I favor a down-to-earth approach to problem-solving; simplify challenges and address their root causes, and come up with practical solutions that benefit everyone involved. Building and nurturing strong client relationships is a cornerstone of my approach. I value fairness and trust, and I\'m willing to make sacrifices to ensure relationships remain strong and lasting. Outside of work, you\'ll find me with the family; out on our hobby farm or somewhere in nature.
