About Brandon Crosby
Obtaining a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology allowed me to pursue my interest in understanding human behavior to create productive working environments. As a strong communicator, I can relate to the user and relay the information effectively to enhance the user experience or workplace environment.In my free time, I enjoy learning how to build computers, gaming, and developing an understanding of technology. Combining those hobbies and my professional interests inform my approach to being a Mixed Methods UX Researcher. In my past experiences, I used my skills and interests to conduct research and analyze user data to inform several product development teams on how to best optimize experiences on Facebook. Creating and leading surveys and interviews and reviewing and analyzing data accurately are vital skills for a UX researcher.
