I am passionate about helping people and motivated to coach organizations to learn, grow and improve areas for better operational and leadership performance by teaching the principles and practices of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, and other performance improvement coaching methods.As an Associate and Master Coach previously for the W3 Group and now for Continuous Coaching Commitment, LLC, I strive to deliver tangible and sustainable continuous improvement results as a Toyota Kata Master Coach and Lean Instructor/Facilitator. I have served as a Vice President of Membership for the SE Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. My leadership experience includes using many of the John C. Maxwell Team (JMT) leadership principles in various positions for organizations in the past, and I currently teach many of the JMT leadership programs to others.
