As the primary contact for office, event, and onboarding needs across Cision & Brandwatch offices in Toronto, Montreal, Washington, Austin, New York (assist), Boston, and Albuquerque, as well as for remote employees, I champion a cohesive North American Employee Experience. I specialize in designing and executing impactful events, supporting seamless onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring high standards of health and safety across locations.I’ve successfully managed complex projects, including office dilapidations in Ottawa, Beltsville, Austin, and Ann Arbor; renovations in Montreal; relocations in Washington, Albuquerque, and New York; and orchestrated grand openings for Washington, New York, and Albuquerque. My commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is demonstrated through resource management and customized approaches across 15+ offices in North America and EMEA.To enhance accessibility and efficiency for over employees, I developed a Global Facilities knowledge management center on SharePoint. I also manage a Canadian SharePoint page for facilities knowledge and vendor management and have crafted an onboarding framework to support new Canadian facilities staff.With a focus on fostering virtual engagement, I’ve launched 50+ local Slack channels, enhancing community and communication across dispersed teams. As the official event planner for Canadian offices and a virtual planner for locations including Boston, Albuquerque, Austin, Montreal, and Washington, I coordinate diverse events, from celebrations to large summits, collaborating with departments like Marketing to streamline promotional logistics for conferences and sales events.
