ABOUT BRANDON BLUE

Brandon Blue is obsessed with personal finance and investing, with a focus in Real Estate. He is a long term investor of both residential and commercial properties along with other equities to maintain a (somewhat) balanced portfolio. When a client is purchasing personally or under a corporation or holding company, he will guide you beyond just the sale of a property. Brandon provides real value to his clients not only with his work experience and knowledge, but also through his extensive network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, contractors, lawyers and notaries. Brandon began his career immediately after high school graduation. At the age of 19, he became one of the youngest Realtors in Quebec, working in both the pre-sale and resale market in downtown Montreal. Real Estate was in his genes, as his father, sister and brother have all worked as Realtors in various markets throughout Canada. Honesty, integrity and trust are Brandon\'s core values. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, while truly caring for his client\'s interests. Brandon\'s marketing strategies are tailored individually for every client\'s specific needs and current market conditions. In addition to being a Medallion award recipient, Brandon has also been recognized with the President\'s Club Medallion Award, placing him in the top 1% of over Realtors in the Greater Vancouver area.
