I aim to build people and build companies that help make the world better. That’s the core of my work. The greatest impact comes from developing capable teams, raising the standard for what good manufacturing can look like, and creating environments where people grow, take ownership, and do meaningful work.Most of that shows up today at PJ Wallbank Springs. We’re a people-focused manufacturing company, but not in the soft sense. We care about judgment, capability, and true leadership. We\'re the world,leaders in compression spring assemblies, serving the mobility industry for decades, and we’re expanding into new applications as we grow.This will extend into future companies as we acquire and build more manufacturing businesses, all centered on the same ideas, of building people through manufacturing.The Building Better podcast is part of this work. It’s a place to explore how people actually build better products, better leadership, and better organizations. Real conversations and reflections about the craft of building things that last, and the kind of thinking required to do it well.
